Affordable levels of service include*:
Monday-Friday 8am-6pm Light Duty - $50 a month
Add 3 hours phone tech support during the above hours- $40 a month.
Add 6 hours phone tech support during the above hours- $80 a month.
On-site repair and troubleshooting $15 an hour, minimum 1.5 hours, 15 minute prorate thereafter
4 hour response time or the service call is free.
Off-hour emergency service calls at double rate, no guaranteed response time

Add 4 hours phone tech support during the above hours- $40 a month.
Add 8 hours phone tech support during the above hours - $80 a month.

Seven Days 7am-7pm Light Duty - $100 a month
Add 4 hours phone tech support during the above hours - $40 a month.
Add 8 hours phone tech support during the above hours - $80 a month.
On-site repair and troubleshooting $15 an hour, minimum 1.5 hours, 15 minute prorate thereafter
4 hour response time or the service call is free.

Seven Days 7am-7pm Heavy Duty - $200 a month
Unlimited phone tech support during the above hours - $50 a month.
On-site repair and troubleshooting $10 an hour, minimum 1.5 hours, 15 minute prorate thereafter
4 hour response time or the service call is free.
Off-hour emergency service calls at double rate, no guaranteed response time


Twenty-Four-Seven - $300 a month
Unlimited phone tech support during the above hours - $50 a month.
On-site repair and troubleshooting $10 an hour, minimum 1.5 hours, 15 minute prorate thereafter
4 hour response time or the service call is free.


Twenty-Four-Seven Light Duty Flat Rate - $700 a month
Flat rate on-site repair and troubleshooting 24 hours a day (up to 10 hours per 7-day period and 43 hours per month)
3 hour response time or $30 off your next bill (up to $150)
Extra fees may apply for services relating to web design, database administration, content management and/or graphics.


Twenty-Four-Seven Heavy Duty Flat Rate - $2000 a month
Flat rate on-site repair and troubleshooting 24 hours a day (up to 40 hours per 7-day period and 170 hours per month)
3 hour response time or $100 off your next bill (up to $500)
Extra fees may apply for services relating to web design, database administration, content management and/or graphics.
